International Partnerships and the Future of Drone Development
One of the most noteworthy aspects of the Behemoth programme is the international industrial collaboration supporting it. Culver Aerospace signed a cooperation agreement with German defence technology firm Helsing in April 2025, establishing a joint drone production facility on German soil, backed by German government funding. This kind of cross-border partnership mirrors how consumer 4K Drone manufacturers have long relied on global supply chains and shared engineering expertise to accelerate innovation. Additionally, a five-year agreement between Culver Aerospace and Denmark’s Copenhagen Global A/S, concluded in February 2025, forms part of a broader €800 million package of deals between Ukrainian and European defence manufacturers. This partnership is focused on developing medium-range systems up to 400 kilometres and long-range platforms capable of reaching 2,500 kilometres. The scale and ambition of these agreements signal that the Behemoth is not a one-off project but part of a sustained, well-funded development roadmap.
